Temperature 26F to 36F with snow and blizzard at night
It was snowing pretty hard all day today. It got worse at night. The officials advised people not to come in to the city because of the snowstorm. Our office closed early but I didn’t end up leaving early.
I went by Times Square and it was very hard to get a cab.
For dinner tonight, we went to Smith and Wollenskys, a steakhouse again. I didn’t have steak this time but I had crab cakes instead. It was my first time eating at Smith & Wollensky. I had heard so much about the restaurant The menu came in a picture frame. We got a good deal because it was the last night of Restaurant Week. I had coconut cake for desert and it was very big. I only finished half.
I walked home in a snow and had to walk slowly and be very careful. I took this picture a few blocks from my apartment.
